2.4 Payment: Full payment is required to confirm bookings. For certain packages and custom tours, a deposit may be accepted, with the balance due on specified dates before departure.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by You: Cancellation policies vary by package and service. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. In general:

• Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Cancellations made 0-14 days before departure: No refund

3.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any tour or service due to circumstances beyond our control, including insufficient participants, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative tour.

3.3 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval, using the original payment method when possible.

4. Travel Documentation and Requirements

4.1 Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health documentation required for your journey.

4.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Fruktovaya Limonka Travel Agency is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages that could have been covered by travel insurance.

5. Responsibilities and Liability

5.1 Our Responsibility: We will provide the Services as described in the booking confirmation. We will exercise reasonable care in selecting service providers (hotels, transportation companies, guides, etc.).

5.2 Limitation of Liability: Fruktovaya Limonka Travel Agency shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by defect or failure of any vehicle, vessel, or other conveyance, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

5.3 Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any delay, change in itinerary, or loss caused by acts of God, war, terrorist activities, civil unrest, strikes, epidemic, pandemic, or any other cause beyond our control.
